Making a booking. 

1.	Decide when you would like to stay.
2.	Drop us an e-mail (relax@southcombe.net)  or call on 01409 253761  (if you get the answer phone, leave your name, number and we will call back ASAP) and let us know your preferred date.
3.	We will e-mail / send you a booking form which you should complete and return with a 50% deposit.  You can pay your deposit by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal (3.5% charge).
4.	On receipt of your deposit your booking will be confirmed.
5.	The remaining 50% balance +  £100 refundable damage deposit must be paid a Calendar Month before arrival.

Terms & Conditions.  

1.	All full week holidays start on Saturdays.  Arrival between 1600 and 1800.
2.	All full week holidays end on Saturdays.  You must vacate the barn before 1000.
3.	The barn is for a maximum of four persons.  Two extra persons can be accommodated using each bedroom in family configuration (i.e. Double + Single).  An additional charge is made for this, 10% for each extra person.  A low occupancy discount of 10% is available for 1 or 2 persons, providing only one bedroom is used.
4.	No bedding is provided for the cot.
5.	The central heating is included (note - it is not normally required in the summer months).
6.	The log burner can be used at anytime.  Large baskets of wood are available at £5.00 each.
7.	Hot water is available at all times.
8.	No pets are allowed.
9.	The use of roller skates, bikes, scooters or other sit on toys are not permitted in the barn.
10.	Smoking is not permitted in the barn or the farmyard.
11.	Each bed is provided with one set of bedding.  Fresh sets are available at £12.00 each.
12.	Each bed is provided with a hand and bath sheet.  Fresh sets are available at £6.00 each.  Towels must not be removed from the barn.
13.	The barn must be returned clean and tidy at the end of the holiday .
14.	Full cleaning service at £50.00 per week.  The barn will be cleaned twice during your stay and when you leave.
14.	Additional visitors to the barn / farm by prior arrangement only.  Additional visitors cannot stay in the barn overnight.
15.	50% deposits are non refundable.
16.	Remaining balances are only refunded if we can re-let the barn.
17.	Refundable Damage Deposit cheques are cashed.
18.	Your Refundable Damage Deposit will be posted back to you during the week after your departure, assuming no damage has been made and the barn is left clean and tidy at the end of the holiday.
19.	We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover your stay at the barn.
