Standard Holiday Prices

Standard holidays are by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, for 4 persons.

Discount for Couples

If there are only two in your party and you are happy to use just one bedroom we will reduce the price by 10% for full week bookings.

Extra Persons

Two extra persons can be accommodated when each bedroom is used in family configuration (one double and one single bed in each bedroom). An additional charge is made for this, 10% for each extra person. Where person equates to adults, children and babies.

Short Breaks
Short breaks are sometimes available outside of school holidays (enquire for details).

         3 Nights @ 70% of the weekly rate.
         4 Nights @ 80% of the weekly rate.
         5 Nights @ 90% of the weekly rate.

If your short break crosses two different weeks, the higher priced week will be used for the calculation. There is a minimum charge of £275.00 for a short break.

School Holidays
School holidays are shown in Italics and are considered peak periods.

Cleaning Service

When you stay in the barn you are expected to leave it clean and tidy on departure. If cleaning is not your thing don't worry! Our cleaning service is available for £50 per week. We will pop in twice during your week (while your out having fun) , keeping everything just perfect and fresh for you! And of course there is no need for you to have a final clean before you leave!
