The upstairs living area is as comfortable as it gets with two large three seater sofas for you to relax on.  The French windows face west with views over the fields with Holsworthy in the distance.  Perfect for watching the sunset.  There is plenty to do in the barn - Watch TV or your favourite DVD.  Listen to the stereo.  Play games.  Have a read or just watch the flames inside the log burner.   With free WIFI you can even check your e-mails!

The kitchen diner is also in the country lodge style.  Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and anything else you would expect from a 5 Star self catering property.   At the front of the barn there is an area of lawn with picnic bench and BBQ.  In addition you are free to explore the 60 acre farm using the private and secluded nature trail. 

All the bedrooms feature oak beams and character wooden doors.  All the furniture is antique or reproduction to maintain the country feel.  All bed linen, towels and face clothes are provided.  Views from the bedrooms are on to the lawns and stable yard.  

The bathroom and toilet is tiled floor to ceiling and looks great.  Hot water is available at all times and the shower has a good strong jet.  

Staying at the barn you are sure to be very comfortable and enjoy the stud farm setting.
