The above floor plans show the spacious layout for the new Homestead.  All the bedrooms are double size.  The upstairs bedrooms have lovely countryside views and share a fully tiled bathroom.  The downstairs bedroom has access to the veranda and garden with the added bonus of a lovely full size en-suite bathroom.  
The living area has lovely views in all directions with direct access onto the West facing veranda, perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine!  There is plenty to do in the Homestead - Watch TV or your favourite DVD.  Listen to the stereo.  Play games.  Have a read or just watch the flames inside the log burner.   With free WIFI you can even check your e-mails!
The kitchen diner area is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and anything else you would expect from a luxury self catering property.   The whole house is being decorated and furnished in a similar style to the existing barn with that country lodge feel.

Two more views of The Homestead.  The front of the building has not yet been clad and the ground level around the building will be raised and landscaped.  All building work will be completed by April 2012 when the farm reopens.  The Homestead will be opening at the start of July 2012 to give us plenty of time to ensure it is properly furnished and the gardens have recovered from the landscaping.
